Sizes and Weights

Choosing a size:

Generally speaking the larger the hoop the the easier it is to use. We advise most adults of average size to choose large or between hip and chest height.The general rule is that a hoop should be about hip height. The bigger you are, the bigger the hoop should be. Larger hoops will rotate a little more slowly, making it a little easier.

We also have small hoops for the kids.
